Låg 8 timmar i  Öresunds isvatten.
"Jag ville hellre dö i havet än i  Ryssland"
Jag ska ändå dö i Ryssland, en kula kommer att döda mig, jag kan likaväl dö i havet. 
Så sa den 46-årige silverdalensskomakare Johannes Schäfer  till sig själv för 14-år sedan, steg ut i Öresunds vatten och drev från krigets Danmark till friheten i Sverige.

Johannes Schäfer var tysk flottist under sex år.

So said the 46-year-old Silver Valley Cobbler John Schaefer to himself for 14 years, step out into the Sound and ran the war from Denmark to freedom in Sweden.
John Schaefer was a German Navy for six years
